SPECIAL PITCHES

This is Hawks #18 Arakaki's pitch repertoire page. Note the orange pitch rated "CG", the abbreviated text means its a unique or "Special Pitch." In order to find out exactly what the pitch is you must look at the text after he throws a pitch in the game. The image below is what appears after Arakaki throws this pitch. Now look at the list below and you'll see it's called the "Vanishing Ball." Most of the special pitches are just default pitches given a unique name. However, the devs may have tweaked the speed or movement somewhat to reflect the real-life pitch as best as possible.
