When you enter the first time u will have to enter set up a user profile. u can choose a name and avatar. u can just keep clicking OK to go through everything. anyway when u get to the main menu u will see these 5 options:

It looks like you can guess on games in the coming 6 days. Just click on the big rectangle with all the games listed, and then press down to go to the game you want to guess on. Then, choose the left box if you think the team on the left will win, right box for the right team, and the middle box if you think the game will be a draw. You can see how the fans have voted so far by looking at the color bar.
There will also be a trivia question every day below all the listed games. It's at the bottom in the box with the big green Japanese characters. Since the quizzes are in Japanese I won't be able to translate them every day. It's multiple choice so it doesn't hurt to just guess an answer.
