If you play the games yourself, you basically don't need to touch these menus at all because it's how the CPU controls your starting lineup & rotation and when they will make changes. They are pretty complicated and again useless unless you sim.

PITCHER BEST ORDER LOGIC:Buttons at the top: Confirm, Reset1. Use ideal rotation: Yes / No 2. Change ideal rotation automatically: Yes / No 3. When will ideal rotation be changed: Leave it to CPU, At specific time (Beginning of season, when interleague begins, when 2nd half begins, beginning of Climax Series, beginning of Japan Series, when players enter/leave organization) 4. Determining Factors in choosing players for ideal rotation: Condition 1 (Leave it to CPU, High stamina, good breaking balls and control, good fastball and speed), Condition 2 (Leave it to CPU, look at condition), Condition 3 (Leave it to CPU, prioritize young players), Condition 4 (Leave it to CPU, prioritize new players) 5. Automatic Call-up/Send-down: yes, no 6.
